Jesse Lazar Selwyn, (born on April 22, 1982 in Tucson, Arizona), is an award-winning American director, producer, editor, musician, and writer. A graduate of New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, he currently resides in Los Angeles and creates content for film, television, and digital platforms. Projects include commercials, branded content, music videos, comedy shorts, and viral concepts.[1] Jesse recently launched his production outfit Selwyn Brothers with brother Zach Selwyn, with whom he frequently collaborates.
He has worked with Comedy Central, Kodak, Stand Up To Cancer, Microsoft, Purina, Comerica Bank, Discovery Channel / The Science Channel, Netgear, Ford Mustang, Fremantle Media, SABMiller, G4TV, and Sci Fi Channel (United States), among others.
(March 2011) Directed five TV commercials for Comerica Bank.
(February 2010) Directed, Produced, and Edited a call-to-action music video for Stand Up To Cancer featuring Jim Parsons which was distributed through Microsoft XBox Live and multiple internet portals.[2]
